Any Easy Tips On How To Mix HCG?

I'm about to try the HCG weight loss program and apparently when you use it you have to mix something together.I am wondering how to mix HCG?Any ideas?I've read the directions but i'm still a little hazy on trying to figure it out.Any easy way or tips to tell me how it's done.
